Actor Hrithik Roshan and his wife, interior designer
, who filed for divorce earlier this month, have remained tight-lipped about their separation ever since they announced it in December last year.
And Sussanne chose to maintain silence on the subject when she was asked about the split at an event in Ludhiana recently, where she was promoting her latest interior designing project.
Evading the questions, she only said: "When an individual is fully engrossed in work with sheer dedication, one forgets any worries that may bother one otherwise. So, I will always continue to believe that work is above all and it is the biggest reward in life, so I advise others to follow this concept too."
She added that she had exposed herself to work when she was 18, and had discovered that true satisfaction came from work, and everything else followed.
Sussanne said that her
, who live with her, praised her designing skills every day, making her feel they may also step into the world of interior designing.
"In their play, they talk about designing homes and even cities, and it seems like they are getting inspired by me and my work," she said.
Though Sussanne didn’t wish to talk about Hrithik, her team members revealed that she has been dealing with the split in a mature manner.
"Whenever the sons want to meet their father, she never stops them. She rather encourages them to stay connected with him and respect him. During the birthday celebrations of one of their sons recently, Sussanne and Hrithik shared a common platform so that the children are not affected by the split," a team member shared.
