Naomi Campbell's fitness secret revealed

The 39-year-old British beauty has admitted that she has just maple syrup, cayenne pepper and lemon juice in a cocktail form for days on end to stay in shape, reported Contactmusic.

"I try to do this three times a year.. The most I've ever done it for is 18 days. So I started on Sunday. This is the sixth day. It's good just to clean out your body once in a while," Campbell said on The Oprah Winfrey Show recently.

In addition to the diet, Campbell also skips to stay in shape. "The rope is great for your face, you lost a lot on your face when you do the rope," she said.

Campbell's boyfriend Vladislav Doronin is her "fitness guru" and she turns to him for help if ever she feels she is straying too far from her diet and exercise regime.

"If there's bread on the table, he's like, 'Don't eat bread'," said Campbell, who has been dating the Russian billionaire for around three years.
