After Lady Gaga and Metallica, hotel heiress Paris Hilton is all set to visit India to promote her fashion brand. The hotel heiresses will visit the country in September this year.
Paris Hilton's hit fashion brand 'Paris Hilton' was launched in 2007. The clothes include shoes, handbags, dresses, T-shirts bearing her likeness, satiny bubble tops.
And now the blonde is eyeing Indian market to promote her popular clothing line. Hilton tweeted on her twitter page, "Yes I am. RT @RaviKapoor: Celeb watch: @ParisHilton is coming to India in September (her fashion brand launch)...". She has been a fashion icon for many, and this would be a perfect opportunity to touch base with her Indian fans and bring her clothing line to the country.
Apparently, Paris Hilton Fashions (PHF) has approached Kangana Ranaut to be its Asian brand ambassador, a first for an Indian actress. Though nothing has been finalized yet.
This isn't the first time the Hilton heiress has planned an Indian tour. She was supposed to come to India in 2007, with designer Anand Jon, but the visit was cancelled as Jon was arrested on rape charges.
Currently the heiress is busy with her new hit series, The World According to Paris, which airs on Wednesdays on Oxygen at 10pm/9pm Central. The show captures every minute of what it's like for the singer, model, actress, fashion designer and businesswoman to go from hectic day to all-night party.
