Hollywood heartthrob Robert Pattinson surprised a familiy of die-hard Twilight fans by coming to their door-step in the middle of the night.
When Oprah Winfrey called all ‘Twi-hard’ fans to submit stories about how the hit supernatural series changed their lives, Maria Mele of Illinois e-mailed the talk show host. And Winfrey, who is celebrating the 10th anniversary of her O Magazine, decided to give the family a surprise.
Pattinson, who plays the lovelorn vampire Edward Cullen in the cult hit walked in while the Meles were being interviewed via Skype, reported online.
“My family and I, all lost it. We were screaming like a bunch of maniacs. We were all amazed that he was in our house... He was so nice... and so tall,” said Mele recalling that her daughter Rosanna started crying, while her son, Giuseppe, “was frozen.”
