Prateik, who stars in the upcoming Ekk Deewana Tha, turns doctor of love this Valentine’s Day. The actor will visit MMK college, Bandra, handing out roses to lovelorn boys, while guiding them on how to woo girls. He will also counsel them on the do’s and don’ts of love.

Prateik claims to be a romantic at heart, which is why he hit upon this plan to celebrate the day with roses - not for himself or his alleged girlfriend/co-star Amy Jackson, but collegians in his city. As the word spread, the actor started receiving emails and questions from fans on social networking sites. Ask Prateik and he says, “I was surprised that these college kids are actually turning me into a love guru. But it is sweet to see them proposing to girls with roses. I strongly believe a red rose is a sign of love and it definitely speaks a thousand words.”

Prateik plans to give away a hundred roses in the college at around 10 am, and answer queries on the spot, along with helping out his fans online. So has the leading man ever taken advice to woo girls? “I have never really taken or given advice, but I have always discussed relationships with my friends.”
