A source told the daily that the actor, who was shooting n Kolkata, had to rush back to the city for some important work.

An insider told the tabloid, “During a wrestling scene with his Gunday co-star Arjun Kapoor, Ranveer sustained an injury. Deepika was shooting for Chennai Express in Wai. After reaching Wai, Ranveer was spotted hobbling around.”

It has been reported that Ranveer Singh stayed in the hotel waiting for Deepika to return from shooting.
