Guess what? Something is brewing between Saif Ali Khan and Chitarangada Singh, remarks Madhu my Mottu Maid as she strolls in.

Tell me about it, I order, and she grins, “Nah, Kareena Kapoor need not worry,” she says, adding that Chitra is merely joining Saifu on the campaign of Taj Mahal tea, which he endorses.

I’m informed that the Chhota Nawab was in Chandigarh where Singh chatted him for a cup of chai.

Apparently, Khan wasn’t too pleased with what he was served and commented that tea drinking is a special experience and should appeal to one’s senses so much that it leaves one mesmerised.

Curious about his tastes, Chitarangada asked what kind of tea Saifu liked. Wondering if she was really keen to know, he asked her join him in Agra on May 12, recalls Mots. Seems Chitra tried probing further, but Khan declined to divulge any details. So, what’s the point, Motti?

She tells me that Saifu is going to launch a new range of the chai he endorses and Chitra will obviously be joining him there.

This piece of info has put me off tea for now. Mottu, get my icy orangeade, pronto.
