Baba Ramdev

Sonam Kapoor doesn't like to mince her words! While the entire nation was busy condemning the act of police at Ramlila Maidan, Sonam Kapoor was not moved by Baba Ramdev's actics at all. She called him a 'sexist homophobe'.

In fact, Sonam expressed her dissent in rather strong worded tweet. Sonam wrote on the micro blogging site: "I prefer Baa Baa Black Sheep over Baba Ramdev."

This tweet reportedly upset her fans and some even tweeted back saying that she was rude to Baba. To that, Sonam retorted: "As rude as Sonamyou should be to a sexist homophob! (sic)"

Sensing that she might have gone too far with her curt words, Sonam wrote on Twitter: "Sadly for us (& happily 4 political parties) the #BabaRamdev episode hs diverted evry1's attentn fm the main issue: corruption (sic)."

Incidentally, Sonam is not alone. Many Bollywood superstars like Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan have expressed their dissent about the way Baba Ramdev tried to hog the limelight and took attention away from the main cause.
