The ad an initiative by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India to protect animals. Miss India Earth Faria also adores animals and said: "We owe it to ourselves to protect animals so that indirectly, we help ourselves."

Miss India International Hinge added: "Use your voice, stand up for what is right, and speak out against cruelty to animals. Peace on earth begins with how we treat those who are the most helpless".
