Sushant Singh Rajput defends Katrina Kaif

Sushant Singh defended Katrina on why celebs hide their relations and added, "I don’t shy away from the fact that I am in a live-in relationship (with Ankita Lokhande). I am totally cool about it."

At an event that showcased the results of a survey conducted on youth behaviour in 40 cities for their upcoming film, Shuddh Desi Romance, actors Sushant Singh Rajput, Parineeti Chopra and newcomer Vaani Kapoor got into a heated discussion with college students from the city.

Turns out, during the interaction, the actors were asked why celebrities hide their relationships with reference to the rumoured Ranbir Kapoor- Katrina Kaif romance.

Sushant, however, came forward and defended Katrina. He said it was wrong for the audience to question them (celebrities) about somebody else’s personal life or relationships. Sushant said he believes that everyone deserves their personal space and that he was not in the position to comment on others’ lives.

“I don’t shy away from the fact that I am in a live-in relationship (with TV actor Ankita Lokhande). I am totally cool about it, but when it comes to others’ personal lives, I don’t want to comment about it,” he said. “Let’s not go there. It is their personal life and we are no one to comment about it.”
