Formula One racers Adrian Sutil and Paul Di Resta are much in love with India, Indian women and Indian actresses. And what’s more is that the duo, who race for the Indian F1 team — Force India, seem to have turned themselves into perfect representatives of the country. Thus, when we got down to having a chat with them, they talked at length of their affection for Bollywood and well, actor Chitrangda Singh.

“I have met SRK (Shah Rukh Khan), it was great. I wish I meet Aishwarya Rai(Bachchan) one day; she is a big name in Europe too. But meeting Chitrangda (Singh) during a shoot once was amazing. She is the one Indian film star I love the most,” says Sutil. Agreeing with his teammate on Chitrangda, 27-year-old Di Resta adds, “She is beautiful. She personifies Indian beauty.”
Cricket and movies are often spoken of as India’s two favourite passions, but for both, it is no surprise where their preference lies. “I am from Germany, I do not know cricket. But, I have a lot of respect for how big the Indian film industry is,” says 30-year-old Sutil.
The duo, which is currently in Delhi for the upcoming Indian Grand Prix, is also kicked about their India trip. “I would take a trip to the old monuments here and also see if I can find any countryside,” says Sutil. Di Resta, relatively quieter of the two, almost jumps off his seat, adding, “I would be going to the India Gate!”
