Jeremy Bieber was not only present at the site of the arrest but was one of the people who helped block off the residential street so that the 19-year-old singer could drag race, TMZ.com reported.
The 38-year-old father was also with the Baby hitmaker all day, including at SET nightclub just before the arrest, when Justin was smoking weed.
The popstar had admitted earlier that he was under the influence of Rx drugs, alcohol and weed at the time of his arrest.
Speaking of Rx drugs, Bieber has confessed that his mother gave him the prescription medication which he took before getting arrested for driving under influence.
According to law enforcement sources, the 19-year-old singer admitted of being under the influence of the drugs and other substances, TMZ.com reported.
When the star was asked what kind of Rx meds, he said anti-anxiety (such as Xanax) but wasn't much sure what kind because he claimed to be taking whatever his mom Pattie gave him.
