What's your idea of god?
God for me is that higher power that watches over us and protects us. I communicate with him, ask him questions and feel at peace with the conversations I have with him. I don't move a foot without him in mind.

Do you feel that something/someone keeps you protected?
Of course, there is!

Do you make a distinction between religion and spirituality?
We follow a religion because we are brought up in a certain way. It is instilled in us. Spirituality is very personal. I am both religious and spiritual.

How do you make your spiritual connection at your workplace?
I chant and pray. But more than that I connect with my spiritual side when I have a conversation with God.

Who or what are your spiritual ideals/inspirations?
I like to hear Osho. He speaks sense and has a magical voice.

What does happiness mean to you?
Happiness, for me, comes from the smaller things. Being the cause for a smile on someone's face brings me more happiness more than just buying a car or a house.

What's your solution for communal harmony in India?
I think this whole agenda of achieving world peace has become a vicious circle. I would only say that start off as an individual. I implement peace in my life and this in my own small ways is what I can suggest to everyone.

What gets your mind refreshed and unburdened?
I go to my brother's hypnotic classes. It is said that we are in a hypnotic state twice in a day — once when we are sleeping and right after we wake up. In that state we connect with ourselves. And for me that is the way to unburden my mind. As they say,' sleep over it'!
