The gathering was royal indeed with several regal Indian families coming together for the bash. Amidst exchange of customary greetings, the rajas and ranis discussed legacies and traditions while memorabilia of their ancestors was on display. The evening, hosted by NDTV Good Times, came alive as Prince Rama Varma of Travancore, presented a classical rendition. Draped in a purple sari, Rajkumari Rajyashree Kumari of Bikaner looked graceful. And so did Chitrangada Raje Singh. Royal personalities such as Divya Kumari of Bharatpur, Shubhangini Gaekwad and daughter-in-law Radhika of Baroda, Yuvraj Omeshwar Singh with Ambika from Mandi, Manvendra Singh Gohil of Rajpipla, were present.
