We've all heard of star tantrums. But have you heard of fan tantrums? Well, that's exactly what happened with

Madhuri Dixit

and her Gulaab Gang team at the Bhopal airport's VIP lounge.

And this is no gossip - Anubhav Sinha, the producer of the film vouches by the account.

The incident took place when Madhuri Dixit along with rest of the Gulaab Gang cast, was in Bhopal to promote their forthcoming film. She was approached by a senior airport authority to click some pictures. An unwell and tired Madhuri Dixit politely declined to do so. And lo and behold! The concerned official actually asked the team to vacate the VIP Lounge.

A clearly miffed Sinha said, "It was raining in Bhopal but Madhuri made it a point to meet people. She was really tired and a little unwell by the time we reached the airport."

While the team was relaxing in the VIP Lounge, an officer from the airport authority came up to them.

The otherwise convivial official began chatting them up, only to change colours suddenly.

Explained Anubhav, "He said that he wanted to get clicked with Madhuri. Since she was really tired, she politely declined to pose. He suddenly changed gears then and asked us to leave."

"The moment was really offensive, especially for me," says a still irate Anubhav.

"The official had the temerity to insult Madhuri, a woman, because she wouldn't pose with him," he added.

"It is really ridiculous. A moment before, he was a fan and wanted to get clicked with her. And just because she refused, he rubbed off his authority on a woman," Sinha hissed.
