Click, rotate, change angle and drag! With Burberry developing a completely interactive advertising campaign, you can do all this with the Burberry Autumn Winter 2010 collections while controlling the view and perspective of campaign, cast and product.
"Burberry was founded on innovation and outerwear and I want anyone who sees the campaign to not just see images, but to feel a part of what we have created" Christopher Bailey, creative director, Burberry told Vogue.
Interestingly, in order to allow shoppers and fashion lovers to get closer to the collection, individual products and cast will respond to user commands. It will incorporate 14 images and six videos with an enviable cast of young Brit talents such as Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Nina Porter and actor Douglas Booth to name a few.
This is the first time such an advertising campaign has been used by anyone in the luxury fashion global business.
In addition to Burberry.com the campaign is being carried via social media channels - Facebook, You Tube, Twitter.
The collection will be shot by Mario Testino.
