The latest fashion truth is that shoes are difficult to hate. They cajole even on "fat" days, add zip to even the most lackluster outfit and right away add up to your glamour quotient and comfort.
What flashes in your mind when you think about comfortable or relaxing shoes? Thick soles? Ugly styles? Funky designs? Yes, "comfortable" shoes have been given a bad knock and are normally coupled with a lack of style in exchange for ease.
But gone are the days when comfort and style couldn't get along well. Now comfort is what defines style. Now what you wear down below may even be more important than the sum of your total outfit. In the horde of time-honored shoe brands we see a fresh choice coming in which will bring along a great combination of style and vibrant shades. Crocs shoes are a new breed of footwear that provides comfort with a space-age material that has incredible benefits. <b1>
Says Murali Desingh, Joint MD, "We are the fourth largest brand in US. Crocs just came as a phenomenon and hit the market with a storm there. Our growth in markets like China and Japan is also enviable. It is true that in these markets we have been in for a longer period. In India also we are nearly a year old and have seen the demand grow in similar manner."
In 2005, Footwear News, a leading footwear trade publication in New York, named CROCS "Brand of the Year" to honor the company's success in the retail industry and the overwhelmingly positive response to the brand from consumers. Previous winners of this prestigious award, include Jimmy Choo, Christian Louboutin and Puma.
Crocs as a brand is known for the variety of colour and style that is offered to a customer apart from the product quality of being anti-microbial and slip resistant light foot wear.
