The fabrics that are non-transparent and dry easily are best suited for monsoon. Cotton, denims, canvas etc should be preferred.
2. Colour to choose:
Tangerine, indigo, aqua and light hues of pink, yellow and purple are perfect for this weather.
A t-shirt in peppy colour paired with shorts, accessorised with a sling bag in nude tone and a pair of metal cuffs is an easy and stylish look. Bright and pastel coloured jeans are the new flavour for the season. Opt for shorts, knee length dresses, leggings, cropped pants and flip-flops to brave the rain and puddles.
4. Carry a stylish umbrella:
Umbrellas in bright colors are the biggest hit this season. Wear rain coats as dresses with a nice waist belt to get a quirky look.
5. Makeup and hair:
The makeup should be kept minimal and natural. Use waterproof products to avoid smudging. Monsoon is the best time to experiment with short hairstyles that are easy to maintain.
