For sexy legs, you need to follow a healthy regime. Beauty expert Ritu Makhija says, “Besides regular exercising and a good diet plan, you have to start by exfoliating your legs. While bathing, use a body scrub or a mixture of honey and salt with loofah, at least once a week.
This helps in removing the dead skin and dark patches from legs. Oil massage with sesame oil is also useful in increasing the blood circulation. Also, it’s important to apply a good, thick moisturiser with SPF, shea butter, and intake vitamins to improve the appearance of skin.”
