Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen's armed bodyguards shot at photographers, narrowly missing their heads, outside her second wedding to American football star Tom Brady.
A freelance photographer Rolando Aviles claims the front and rear windows of his SUV vehicle were blasted with a bullet following a row with the couple's security at the model's Costa Rican home in Santa Theresa April 4, reports the Mirror online.
"Thank god I'm alright. At that moment I thought I was going to die. I said, ?They're going to kill us' and that's when I hunched down to cover myself. When the glass broke, that's when my friend started driving really fast," said Aviles.
Aviles said he and a colleague were hired by an agency and had permission to take pictures from a neighbour's house about 300 feet away from the ceremony.
However, it is thought Gisele and Tom have sold the rights to the ceremony to a Brazilian magazine and didn't want other media outlets getting pictures and spoiling the exclusive deal.
It is the second marriage for the pair, who started dating in December 2006. They first wed five weeks ago in Santa Monica, accompanied by close friends and family.
