1 Massage well:
Massage invigorates the blood circulation, giving hair an increased supply of nutrition for healthy growth. It also stimulates the dormant hair follicles.
2 Avoid hair dryers:
Avoid using a dryer as the heat makes the hair dull, rough and results in falling.
3 Oil it up:
Castor oil is excellent for hair re-growth. Combine it with white iodine, available at the chemist shops, for best results.
4 Avoid alcohol:
Reduce alcohol consumption and also avoid using hair care products that contain alcohol as alcohol makes hair dry, brittle and prone to breakage.
5 Bedtime care:
Remove all hair bands or clips when going to bed. Use satin pillow which allows your hair to move smoothly, thus causing less breakage.
