Anand Jon, an Indian born designer has been arrested on charges of rape and 'forcible copulation', by Beverly Hills police on March 6.

The 30-year-old has been accused of two counts of forcible rape, and "sexual battery by restraint, attempted forcible oral copulation and two counts of committing a lewd act upon a child," according to court papers.

Jon allegedly committed a series of shocking acts with four victims between October 2006 and March 2007 and the arrest was made after one of the victims came forward to lodge a complaint, reports TMZ.

In their investigation, the police identified three ‘potential victims’ and the youngest of them is a fifteen year-old girl. The New York-based designer is currently jailed in Los Angeles County prison and will appear in court on April 4.

In 2004, Jon was listed in the top seventy-five designers in the world and his hand-painted Medusa Jeans fetched $720. The designer is said to be an acquaintance of socialite Paris Hilton, pop singer Paula Abdul and Michelle Rodriguez.
