Lady Gaga’s love for India is getting stronger. After she sported a tri-colour hairdo during her India visit last year, the 26-year-old international pop queen wore creations by two Indian designers at the Hong Kong airport on Tuesday.

Known for her unconventional fashion choices, Gaga wore a white dress by designer duo Alpana and Neeraj, and accessorised it with Little Shilpa’s headgear inspired by cartoon character Mickey Mouse’s ears.

Designer Alpana Chauhan of the label Alpana & Neeraj says, "Lady Gaga is the ultimate style diva and this is a proud moment for us. The knee-length skirt with mermaid cut looks great on Gaga."

Shilpa Chavan of the label Little Shilpa says, "This is a big recognition for any designer. Indian designers are working on contemporary and global fashion, which celebs in the West easily relate to."
