The importance of fitness in my life: The only way to keep healthy is to keep fit. Working out is essential for me. It completes my day.
I train at: The Revital Gym, Mumbai My workout regime: I usually work out in the morning, four times a week, with a combination of cardio and weight training.
My diet: Being a vegetarian, my diet comprises of mostly homemade food with loads of fruits and salads.
When I workout, I feel: Totally upbeat, full of positive energy and ready to get going with my work.
When I miss a workout: I feel down and out!
My vital statistics: Pretty good! But it’s only for my husband to know…
Body parts I love training: Biceps, triceps, chest and back... mostly the upper body.
Body parts I hate training: Lower abs. They totally drain me out!

My biggest high: I can do more push-ups than most guys in my gym.
