Day four of the ongoing fashion week saw several celebrities turn up to support their favourite designers. Actor Sonakshi Sinha provided the necessary eye candy even as Mahima Chaudhary was seen at a fashion do after a long time.

Day four of the ongoing fashion week saw several celebrities turn up to support their favourite designers. Actor Sonakshi Sinha provided the necessary eye candy even as Mahima Chaudhary was seen at a fashion do after a long time. Others spotted included Mandira Bedi, Sonali Bendre, Sridevi, who came along with her daughter, Mugdha Godse and Anushka Manchanda.

Actor Kajol was also seen in the audience. She had come there to cheer her sister Tanisha who was a showstopper for one of the designers.

Role models
Yummy mummy and top model Alesia Raut says she’s not one to dive into fad diets, preferring to stick to her tried-and-tested routine. She says, “I eat everything and don’t really diet too much.”

Alesia manages her protein intake well, since her hectic show schedule doesn’t really allow her to eat at regular meal times. “I need a lot of protein because I’ve started working out. I also avoid eating too many carbohydrates before and during fashion week because I want to protect my flat stomach,” she says.

Daily diet
Start with a healthy breakfast of four egg whites and bread for a boost of protein to keep you going through the day.

I have three meals a day, but also have iced tea or cold coffee in between. I prefer liquid snacks because then I don’t feel drowsy. I have very thin hair, so I try and eat lots of fish to give it a boost.

I avoid junk food and pickles for a week before LFW starts because they tend to cause pimples.
