Her suggestions — Mumbai should pay less attention to Bollywood. Delhi could improve its organisational skills. Designer Hemant Sagar feels the fashion market in the country is not mature enough yet. “I got zero business from my shows at the recent LFW and previous shows at the WIFW too,” he rues.
