Looking for a place where you can buy a mix of traditional and modern items for your home and yourself? At the first Lifestyle Pakistan Exhibition (April 15-15), at Pragati Maidan, Hall No 18, there’s a lot on offer that will catch your fancy.

Over 100 Pakistani top lifestyle and fashion brands and designers are exhibiting their products, ranging from clothing, decor items, shoes to accessories, at the fair.

The biggest crowd-puller at the stalls is the famous Pakistani fabric called lawn, which is the purest form of cotton and has a silky and untextured feel to it. We ask some of the exhibitors to tell us what’s making a buzz at the fair. Here’s what they say: We’re really happy to exhibit our clothes at this fair. We have received a tremendous response; people are loving the long kurtis and geometric prints. Some bulk enquiries are also coming

Nishat Linen

The lawn garments are very popular in Pakistan and now people in India are also asking for it. We would love to team up with brands, and have a store in malls such DLF Emporio and Select CityWalk in Delhi
Asif Bilwani,
Bonanza Garments

We have great expectations from this fair in terms of relations, exposure and business. We’ve brought long, flowy suits with understated embroidery to India. Bollywood is a big motivation for us
Shehnaz Basit Ikram,
Gul Ahmed

This lifestyle fair would provide a great push to our products in the Indian market. Our price range is affordable and we want to retail through some big stores in India
Asad Sajjad,
Designer’s Lounge

I hope that this lifestyle fair would give us a good exposure in the Indian market. Art deco, neo-classical and victorian themes are big these days in decor
Wajeeha Shafi,
AHAD Home Signature

Customers are appreciating my faux leather everyday utility items. I am getting few business queries also; I’m hoping for a good business and would love to retail here soon
