Masaba Gupta, daughter of TV actress Neena Gupta and former West Indies cricketer Vivian Richards made her debut at the 15th edition of the WIFW with her collection 'Fitoor'.
"My collection is a great mix of classic and 'kitsch'. It has velvet, silks, ikats put to funky sarees with pockets, vibrant shades and it is very Indian," said Masaba.
"I am debuting with Wills India fashion Week. I have done two seasons with Lakme Fashion Week, she said, adding that her collection was "age versatile".
The young designer was supported by her mother, who cheered her from the first row.
Neena, however, said she was nervous before Masaba's show. "This is a really important show but I was a bit tensed when it began. However things went of well and I am really happy. She has put up a great show," she said.
