1 Less is more: Do not cake up your makeup, especially the foundation. Apply a liquid foundation that is light on your face and at the same time covers your flaws too.
2 Soft shades: Soft peachy nude tones for both eyes and lips work best for office as well as lounging outside.
3 Natural eyebrows: Brush up eyebrows and fill them in with softer eye shadow matched closest to the brow colour. Set with brow gel. This will give expression to your face. Softer the eyebrows, softer and more natural will the face look and vice-versa.
4 Lash booster: Instead of using black or coloured mascaras, go for a transparent lash booster mascara which not only grooms eyelashes but also adds length, volume and avoids clumping.
5 Avoid powder blusher: Use cream/gel cheek colours rather than a powder blusher. These are easy to blend, look natural and add softness to the face unlike a powder blusher.
4 Glow naturally: Dust a little highlighting powder on the cheek bones, forehead and nose to add a bit more of that natural glow without getting to let anyone know about it, and of course, smile as the face gets the best natural glow when you do that.
