Now is your chance to storm the international runway with the likes of Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss.The Ford Models Supermodels of the World contest is making its return to India this year. The India chapter of the contest, is being organised by Fever 104 in partnership with Hindustan Times. “When it comes to glamour, fashion and beauty, India is not far behind,” says Pooja Sharma of Fever Entertainment.

The auditions for the event started from May 23 in Mumbai, with the Delhi auditions slated for May 29 at NCUI Auditorium, Khel Gaon Marg. The final set of 20 girls will be groomed and trained by industry experts and then judged at a grand finale on June 15 at the Leela Kempinski, Gurgaon. In the international finals, models from 50 countries compete. Past winners such as models Camila Finn, Sanne Nijhof, Kang Seung-Hyun and many more have gone to great success on the international runways.

The India winner will get to be part of the international contest, a cover shoot with Marie Claire, India, and a chance to walk the ramp at the next Wills Lifestyle Fashion Week. The international winner will get an international modelling contract with Ford Models worth $250,000. The two runner-up girls will receive contracts worth $ 150,000 and $ 100,000. Those who make the cut for the finals will be trained by the likes of Prasad Bidappa, Rahul Dev and Milind Soman The finals will be broken into swimwear, Indian, Western and Evening gown rounds.
The collections for these are set to be designed by the likes of Shivan Narresh, Sabyasachi.
