Monsoon is a challenging time for your tresses. This is the time when your hair gets affected the most by problems like hairfall and dandruff. But there are easy, quick ways to prevent that:1.
To prevent hair loss, use pure aloe vera gel on your scalp. It helps to balance the Ph level of the scalp. Massage your scalp with it and wait for a few hours. Wash it with lukewarm water.2.
An increase in dandruff is a common problem in this season. A good way to treat the white menace is with neem leaves. Boil neem leaves in water until the water level falls to half its initial quantity and then cool it. Rinse your hair with this mixture once a week3.
Avoid using shampoos that are high on chemical content as they increase the dryness of hair. Go for herbal or ayurvedic shampoos to clean your scalp. Opt for shampoos according to your hair type.4.
Nourish and protect your hair by making your own hair mask. Take 2-3 tsp of coconut oil, a pinch of mushka kapur, 1/2 tsp of lemon and 1/2 tsp of organic aloe vera juice. Mix it well till it becomes a thin solution. Apply it on the scalp, keep it for half an hour and rinse it with an organic shampoo.
Rain water tends to spoil the quality of hair and makes it limp. However, if you get wet in rain, rinse your hair with plenty of clean water and a mild shampoo as soon as you can. This will prevent germ infection on the scalp and checks hair fall.
