What a coup!

Highlight Story

It was the biggest coup when actor Salman Khan got the hottest hunks of Bollywood to come together and walk the ramp for his charity, Being Human. Saif Ali Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Govinda, Arbaaz Khan, Sohail Khan, Akshay Kumar, Aamir Khan and Katrina Kaif promoted Sallu’s design label at the HDIL Couture Week currently on in Mumbai.

Weeks before the Couture Week began, speculation was rife on who would be the show stopper for the grand finale show — Salman or his arch rival Shah Rukh Khan, set to walk the ramp for debut designer and good friend Karan Johar. While Sallu lost out on the grand finale honours, he roped in the biggest male stars to grace the ramp with him and his lady love Katrina Kaif — thus making sure that his show is grander than anything SRK’s camp might plan.

While all the men looked dapper, it was Akshay Kumar who stole the show. As he walked down the ramp, he pretended to repeat his infamous ‘Unzip’ stunt and gestured towards wife Twinkle . Twinkle was quick to shake her head even as Malaika Arora Khan screamed, ‘Go Twinkle go. Unzip him’.”

Katrina, in a Rohit-Rahul gown, failed to sizzle as the bodysuit that she wore under the dress killed the look (for pics turn to page 3). Buzz was that she was following beau Salman’s instructions of not showing ‘too much skin’. Kajol, Kareena Kapoor, Preity Zinta and Sushmita Sen graced the front row.
