Highlight Story

The highly anticipated ‘Being Human’ show by Salman Khan on the second day of HDIL Couture Week was a smashing hit. Ladies had a ball, as it was ‘raining men’ on the ramp. And mind you, not ordinary men but the hunkiest of hunks of Bolly-town. The show opened with the Khan bros — Salman, Arbaaz and Sohail Khan strutting down the ramp. Sohail wanted to pose more at the head-ramp but Sallu pulled him and said, Chal Ho Gaya. The dapper Saif Ali Khan received huge catcalls and so did Aamir Khan whose boyish charm still make women go weak on the knees. Ajay Devgan looked cool and wife Kajol looked sizzled in a green sari. She adored her hubby from the front row. Govinda was his usual smiley self and then came Sanju Baba who looked haggard and tired.

The show ended with high-drama when Khan brothers — Arbaaz, Sohail and Salman got the mothers — Salma and Helen on to the ramp and kids from Shiamak Davar’s dance troupe danced with the stars. Aamir got into the spirit and danced bindaas with the kids. He must be living his Taare Zameen Par moments. Wifey Kiran with a prominent baby bump smiled adoringly.

Off The Ramp
Undoubtedly Twinkle Khanna was yet again the prettiest looking lady of the night. Dressed in a red-hot number and carrying a Fendi Studded Clutch, she looked stunning. Sushmita Sen has finally got rid of her puffy face. Wearing a tee with a tiger on it, Sush looked chic.

If Twinkle walked away as the best dressed, Amisha Patel couldn’t get away from being the worst dressed. She was spotted in an asymmetrical short black tulip dress that was unflattering to the core. Close on the heels of Amisha was Rosa Catalano in a silver jumpsuit that rode high in to her derrière.
