Day 4 of Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week was a journey through miles of inspiration with a riot of colours intermingling with vintage subtlety

Dev R Nil
Floral prints in muted hued separates, sequinned vests and overcoats were the mainstay of this collection. Models walked in eye catching hand painted footwear by Trishuli shoes.

Paras and Shalini
It was tribal glam that took over the ramp as ash grey, shimmery metallics and geometric cuts came together in the collection. Actor Shazahn Padamsee (above) was the showstopper.

Plaid and distressed leather pants for men, studded or feathered dresses in pop colours and tops with quirky monkey motif for women ruled the ramp. Footwear with lace and bumble-bee shaped studs ruled.

Rina Dhaka
Houndstooth and ikat prints, flowy silhouettes and intricate cutouts featured in this show. Models showcased Mary Jane pee-toes with ankle-length socks and sported a messy, fish tail braid.

Payal Pratap
Laid-back vintage and retrospective memories mingled in Pratap’s collection. Florals, patchwork and velvet jackets with a touch of peplum were the highlights of the showcase.

Sonam Dubal
The collection, Winter Garden, fused wispy prints and spring-style patterns. Scarf-style Obi belts, printed tights, retro accessories and fabric laced with sheen mingled in a wide palette of colours.

Aneeth Arora
The designer put on a hit show as the ramp lit up with colourful frenzy and pop riot, inspired by circus. Our favourites were the oversized
military canvas bags, embroidered boots, and the mix of ikat and wool.

Shivan & Narresh
Structured outfits with cut out detailing, multi-hued play suits and colour-blocked saris were showcased. An owl shaped design featured in the accessories added quirk to the otherwise muted collection.

Anand Bhushan
We liked the futuristic silhouettes along with flowy drapes embossed with metal studs and Lego blocks-like motifs. Doll-like lashes, short fringes and chunky drop earrings went well with the collection.

Pia Pauro
Peppy Central Asian embroidery on knee-high boots, dresses and overcoats gave a boho-chic feel. The dainty headgears, pastel turbans and multi-thread tasseled sling bags upped the edge factor.

Rahul Mishra
The collection, The Baroque Tree, saw inspired cuts and fabrics, mixed together ingeniously. Rahul’s fashion invention, the caterpillar sleeves mingled with sculpted silhouettes.

Ranna Gill
Aztec prints, sheath dresses, neo-peter pan necklines, shimmery fabrics and nude makeup with bold eyes were some of the features of the show. The colours also fluctuated from tans to tangerines.

Rimzim Dadu
The models walked the ramp in shiny creeper shoes and edgy ear cuffs paired with leather and embellished pants, sheer shirts and capes studded with quaint ship-shaped brooch.
