Manchester City’s newly acquired goalkeeper Claudio Bravo had a jittery start to his Premier League career asas Manchester City clung on for a win at Old Trafford.
The former Barcelona player spilled an easy catch which allowed Zlatan Ibrahimovic to score for United and then, he was fortunate to avoid conceding a penalty after he overran the ball and lunged in on Wayne Rooney.
Bravo, who arrived at the Etihad in a £16.5m move, was hand-picked by Pep Guardiola for his supposedly superior ball-playing skills.As a result, City’s former first-choice keeper Joe Hart decided to join Italian club Torino on loan for the season.
