EPL: Diego Costa strikes late as Chelsea defeat West Ham 2-1

Eden Hazard and Diego Costa were on target for Chelsea as they defeated West Ham 2-1 at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday. Hazard started the scoring when he converted a penalty on the 47th minute, but his goal was cancelled out by Hammers defender James Collins. The match was headed towards a draw, but Diego Costa scored a brilliant goal from outside the box to hand Chelsea a well-deserved victory.
