Charlie App

Remember that scene in The Devil Wears Prada, when Anne Hathaway saves the day by rattling off the names of guests as Meryl Streep greets them at the gala? Charlie does exactly that, and much more, before every big meeting. It's your professional wingman.

Currently available on the App Store, it syncs with your phone calendar and sends you a one-pager on people you're going to meet, before you see them. It pulls up information from LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Google to bring you the latest intel on a potential client or an interviewer.

Apart from information and latest news, it also prompts you with conversation starters. So, if we were to meet the CEO of Apple, the conversation with him would go like this - "Hi, Mr Cook, congratulations on being in the list of top 10 CEOs of the year." How did we know? Charlie told us.
