Audio company Monster and entertainment brand Viacom debuted their new Monster DNA White Tuxedo headphones backstage at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday, April 14.
The new headphones feature the company's trademarked Pure Monster Sound which was tuned by Noel Lee, the audio engineer behind the sound from the Beats headphones from rapper Dr. Dre. The new Monster DNA White Tuxedo headphones were created as part of Monster's alliance with Viacom and feature a two-tone color scheme with the prominent white offset by a black outline and with a new triangular shape around the ears of the listener.
The headphones are available from April 16 via the Apple Store and worldwide through http://monsterproducts.com/, retailing for around $229.95.
Additionally in the world of high-quality headphones, audio accessories and headphones brand SMS Audio from rapper 50 Cent announced on April 15 the launch of a limited edition range of Street by 50 Wired On-Ear headphones.
The limited-edition range of Street by 50 Wired On-Ear headphones will retail for $179.95 and will be available in the following high-gloss metallic colors: cobalt blue, green, orange, magenta, red and teal.
This limited edition range of headphones will be unveiled by 50 Cent during a special one-hour long show on shopping channel QVC on Tuesday, April 16, at 8 PM (ET).
