In his complaint, Ankur Gupta, a senior official of A2Z, told police that the former commercial manager was given Rs. 3.65 crore for a construction project from the company account. During the construction, the company asked Chaterjee to provide the details of the money given to him but he failed to submit details for R65 lakh.

In the meantime, the accused resigned from his post being held by him in the company and switched off his mobile phone. The police are conducting raids to arrest him.
