A heated argument over termination of bus services on the Makdola route led to a physical altercation between a senior Haryana roadways official and residents of villages Kaliyabas, Makdola, Chandu and Budhera.

During celebrations commemorating one year of city bus services in Gurgaon, DR Kundu, GM of the Haryana Roadways Engineering Corporation, held a villager by his neck for allegedly using foul language.

The villagers, on the other hand, justified their rage saying said bus services to the bus stop in their vicinity without taking into account their woes.
