A 17-year-old girl from Nepal, who was working as a domestic help in the posh Sector 29 locality, lodged an FIR on Wednesday after she was allegedly gang-raped by three unidentified persons.

According to the victim, three unidentified acquaintances of Shilpa Kapoor, the owner of the house in Sahara Grace where the crime was committed, gang-raped her on May 23.

The joint commissioner of police, Maheshwar Dayal, also confirmed the incident.

The victim said that the three men forced her to snort some intoxicant after which she fell unconscious.

A medical examination was conducted on the victim on Wednesday in the presence of a legal advisor and her statement was recorded.

The police have registered a case against Kapoor and three others but all the accused remain absconding.

According to the victim, Kapoor allegedly prevented her from going to police.

“I cannot divulge any details of the case as an inquiry is under progress,” said sub-inspector Rajender Singh, the investigating officer.

Meanwhile, four other unidentified people were booked for sexually harassing a 17-year-old girl in the area under Sushant Lok police station.
