A bartender of a club at Sahara Mall committed suicide by hanging himself to death at his Sukhrali residence on Friday night.

The police also found a suicide note written by the victim in his blood reading, "I have loved you a lot."

Akash Monga (21), a resident of Delhi's Paschim Vihar was staying as a paying guest at village Sukhrali. He was a bartender at Ipsa club in Sahara Mall. On Friday night, Monga locked himself in his room and committed suicide, the police said.

Sub-inspector Kailash said, "Monga had left his home a year ago without informing anyone. We are investigating and getting in touch with his family."

The owner of Ipsa Club, Bharat Maggo, said, "He was married to a girl named Ria. He was irregular at work. He often left the bar early saying he had to meet somebody. His shift timings were from 9pm to 1am."

Meanwhile, the body has been handed over to the family after a post-mortem.
