"The email was received by Rogers Wright, the general manager of the hotel. It read: After Mumbai, it's Delhi's turn. It was sent by Abdul Aka of the Indian Mujahideen from email@example.com," said Maheshwar Dayal, said DCP (east), Gurgaon. The IM had reportedly marked a copy to the Delhi chief minister and Delhi police commissioner as well. Though Wright denied having knowledge of any such email.Dayal said, "We believe the email is a hoax. Receiving such emails before Independence Day and Republic Day is routine."
