Rose aroma oil: Rose petals have long been used in complementary medicine because they are effective – and beautiful. Rose essential oil has a Yin energy. It is effective when used to balance female hormones, especially menstrual cramps. Rose oil also has a mood elevating effect and is used as a mild aphrodisiac. In India, we’ve used the aroma of roses for years, especially during festivities and functions. It acts upon the heart chakra. The elements of this oil can be used in a face wash, bath oil or to soak tired feet. It is a good antiseptic and germicide.

Lemon essential oil: Lemon’s essential oil is invigorating and detoxifying. It has the property of opening and cleansing blocked channels, and it also protects the liver. In summer, lemon cools the body. Its alkaline effect balances the acid base of the body. Lemon essential oil is a powerful disinfectant. And, if you have a mosquito bite, you can relieve the itching with lemon oil diluted with a little olive oil. For dandruff, a few drops of lemon essential oil added to hair oil will give good results, and if you have a summer fever, add a few drops to water and use this to sponge your forehead and the soles of your feet. Also, if you inhale a few drops of lemon essential oil after a tiring day, you will be invigorated.

Peppermint oil: With its Yang energy, peppermint oil relieves mental fatigue. Just inhale a few drops and rub some on the back of your neck and shoulders. Within a minute, you will feel better. Peppermint oil is a good remedy for nervous tension and over-exertion. In case of digestive disorders and gas, a peppermint capsule is very effective, and if you suffer from recurrent muscle pain, apply a few drops of this oil on the affected area.

For minor problems, use these oils:
Headache – Lavender oil and rosemary oil.
Dry skin – Chamomile and tea tree oil.
Over-work, nervous tension – Rose, jasmine or peppermint oil.
Constipation – Rose oil and ginger oil.
Irritable Bowel Syndrome – Lavender oil, chamomile oil and peppermint oil.
Blocked nose, fever, upper respiratory infections – Eucalyptus oil.
