Actor Rakshanda Khan tells us about her diet details, comfort food and the chocolates in her refrigerator
My diet: I love prawns and can live on them. The biryani my mom makes is divine.
I begin my day with: A proper breakfast.I have a cup of coffee with biscuits or eggs, because my nutritionist has asked me to. Otherwise, I am very happy with a fruit or a glass of juice.
My lunch: I love paneer and eat a lot of it. I am extremely happy if I get paneer bhurji or palak paneer. I am fond of dal and chhole; I am quite a North Indian in my taste. And if I am in a mood for a mini meal, sada dosa is perfect.
My evening snack: During shoots, we either have toasted vegetarian sandwiches, or the girls get together in one room and call for raisin and choco-chip muffins, along with mochas and cappuccino.
My dinner: I do watch what I eat but do not starve myself, or else I wake up in the middle of the night and binge.
My fridge always contains: A never ending supply of chocolates which just gets replaced magically!
