I do yoga everyday and my favourite is Pranayam. I do ten rounds of surya namaskar (sequence of asanas). This has all the benefits and I stay healthy though out the year.

Naukasana or the Boat pose helps to build a strong core. I practice combination training to stay fit. Yoga is beneficial for flexibility, agility and mental endurance. This posture helps to strengthen your thigh, hips, neck and shoulder.
