Hi. I am 26 years old, 5'1 in height and weigh about 54 kgs. I want to reduce my weight to 50 kgs. I suffer from thyroid and use thyronorm 50 mcg daily. Also, my breast size is 36 and I wanted to reduce that too. I do not eat fast-food or stuff that is fried. Do advice a diet plan.

Hi Soni. The breast area is one of the sites where a female is prone to put on fat, but it can be reduced with diet and exercise, so it’s better to join a gym and workout.

Early morning: A fruit + a glass of skim milk.
Breakfast: Oats (4 tbsp)/ Wheat flakes/ museli (6 tbsp) in skim milk / a bowl of dalia, upma or poha.
Lunch: 2 dry roti + a bowl green veggies + a salad bowl + dal + skim curd +100 gm skim paneer/ soya paneer.
Snacks: 1 khakara/ two digestive buiscuits/ dry bhel + curd/ butter milk/ tea.
Dinner: One dry roti + 1 bowl green veg + salad bowl + dal + 100 gm skim paneer/ soya paneer.
Consume 3-4 liters of water a day and do not use more than two tsp oil per day.
Continue with your medicines.

My wife has been suffering from Rheumatic arthritis for the past one year. Simultaneously, she also has Cervical Spondilitis. Recently, a test has been done on the doctor's advice. Please advise us on what medicine and diet to follow. Can her condition be cured?

Hi Jnanendra. Your wife’s major concern is Rheumatoid arthritis. You have not mentioned her height, weight and age, so I can’t plan a perfect diet for her but here are a few guidelines:

I am not the right person to guide you on medicines. It would be better to go to a consultant.
