Try out this 15-minute workout at home everyday, that combines cardio, circuit training, interval training, plyometrics and strength training. It’s also a quick and effective plan to lose weight and keep your body toned without investing in expensive equipment.

Plank: 4 reps, hold for 15 sec
Horizontal jumping jacks: 15 reps

Mountain Climber: Total of 20 reps (within one min)
