"It cleanses the body with active ingredients (artichoke, arugula, lettuce, pomegranate, grapes, sprouted beans) that can have a good effect on the skin if taken regularly. The superfoods used in it, along with the pistachios and ginger, nourish and heal your body from within, making you lighter and energetic. The citrus helps you fight lethargy," says chef Taneja.

"This drink has multiple health benefits. Arugula has high nutrition value, and helps strengthen the immune system and detoxify blood. Cucumber contains calcium, zinc and vitamin K, which are good for your bones. Green apples are high in fibre, which helps keep the digestive tract clean," says Pande.

"This is a refreshing drink. Cucumber contains an amino acid that helps the liver and kidneys filter ammonia out of the system. Ammonia, a by-product of protein digestion, can cause damage to the body's cells. Lemon regulates the digestive track and enhances bile production. Mint leaves add ­flavour and help relieve stomach cramps. Apples are high in fibre, vitamins and minerals. They also act as a natural detox agent," says chef Lasrado.
