While your doctor may have chalked out a plan for you after cancer diagnosis, you must also work proactively to fight the disease. The more knowledge you have about your condition and supporting therapies available, the more successful you will be in treating it.
Boost your immune system
Cancer lowers appetite while increasing nutrient and calorie requirement. Strengthen your immune system with protein rich foods like curd, paneer, milk, sprouts, eggs and fish.
Detoxify your body
Take a professionally well designed detoxification program. Nutritional supplements like colostrum, mitake and shitake mushrooms have demonstrated an ability to boost immune system. Nature is full of cancer fighting ingredients in tomatoes, garlic and vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, onions and berries as well as green tea.
Herbs, vitamins, minerals

Exercise oxygenates tissues and helps in starving cancer cells. It also balances blood sugar levels, thereby restricting the amount of sugar available to the cancer cells to grow. mind-body connection.
